Returns Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the suitability of any item purchased from Eyecote International Limited for the project or business purpose or personal use intended, therefore "All Sales Are Considered Final."


Our products come with a Manufacturer's full parts and labour back to base warranty in 1, 2 or 3 years increments depending on the model you've chosen. 

If during the warranty period, the product fails to perform to the specifications of the manufacturer,  the manufacturer will repair the product at No Charge. The customer needs to contact Eyecote International Limited to initiate a return. If approved for repair under warranty, the product needs to be packed securely in its original packaging and returned to our specified Repair Depot, Freight PPD. Please insure as necessary. Once the product has been repaired, we will return it to the customer's location with freight paid by Eyecote International Limited. 

No item may be returned without the express written authorisation from Eyecote International Limited. When a return has been authorised, the customer is provided with a RMA number that should be listed on the return shipping label.

All spare parts orders, replacement parts orders, and consumable parts orders are considered final. No returns accepted on spare parts, replacement parts, or consumable parts. Spare parts include (but are not limited to) rollers, cutting blades, belts etc.

It is incumbent on the customer to provide fixtures installed by a licensed electrician. Voltage and amperage provided by utilities varies and the customer is advised to seek the advice of a licensed electrician when connecting all electrical equipment.

Furthermore, all warranties are voided if the customer uses the product for applications other than that application intended by the manufacturer for its designed use. All warranties are voided if the customer uses the incorrect voltage or amperage. 

All returns must be in the original packing container.  If a product is returned to Eyecote International Limited due to an error by the customer; a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Special order products and custom made products are not returnable. 

Return Policy for Credit Card Purchases
For credit card purchases, management reserves the right, at its discretion, to choose to refund a cancelled order and to charge a 6% cancellation fee of the value of the goods that were purchased. Once a product has been approved for return and if the item has been received in like new condition to Eyecote International Limited, a credit for the full value of the goods less the 26% combined Restocking (20%) and CC cancellation (6%) fees will be issued back to the customer within 24-48 hours via the original payment method. (For example, if you paid with a credit card then the credit will be issued back to your credit card). Please allow 3-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your credit card statement.
