Shipping Policy

 

UK and Mainland Europe Shipping

We ship direct from the factory to the customer via Express Courier to the UK and EU countries. The general transit time is approximately 2-4 days to most destinations. For shipments that are located outside of the Courier service area the estimated delivery is dependent on the performance of the third party’s shipper delivery services over which we have no control of. Eyecote is not responsible for delays caused by such entities should they occur. 

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the UK and EU countries for all our products listed on our website*.

*Note: Any accessories or optional items such as a transport case, barcode scanner, adhesives, printer or label etc. must be purchased together with the Degausser or Destroyer in order to receive our Free Freight offer.

The customer is responsible for providing necessary equipment for offloading any merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise upon arrival and to verify the accuracy of the delivered merchandise.

If a lift gate is required to complete a delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Eyecote.

Cost of Redelivery If a delivery is refused by a customer (for reasons that are not the fault of the carrier) and if the merchandise must then be redelivered to the same customer, then the customer will be charged a redelivery fee by the carrier, and Eyecote will collect and bill the customer for this additional redelivery fee.

Shipping outside the EU

Eyecote is currently able to ship orders to most international addresses. Shipping rates will need to be quoted separately by Eyecote at the time you place your order. 

Your International packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.  See Customs Information below for more details.

In the event that your package cannot be delivered and is returned to the Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will only be refunded the value of the goods after deducting the return shipping from the value of the goods.

 

Customs Information

Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its final international destination.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.  Additionally, when ordering from the Eyecote website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information to our international carriers.  The carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

All international orders must be paid in advance via wire transfer and the order will ship subsequent to receipt of said wire transfer.
